Today was all about Rebecca Evans, AM for Gower, and Jeremy Miles, AM for Neath. They came to check up on progress with the dredging and to meet our colleagues from Glandwr Cymru and the hard workers from Land and Water Services. Jeremy and Rebecca are long time supporters of Swansea Canal Society. Here we see them having the dredging process explained by Paul Fox, project manager for the Canal and River Trust and then seeing the dredging in action.

No visit to the canal can pass without an update on progress with the Buried Lock.

And finally back to the Heritage Centre for tea and cake and a chance to look round the wonderful exhibition.

Hurry back, Jeremy and Rebecca. Your support and encouragement is always appreciated.
