This little beauty was spotted just south of Clydach Mond Lock by Hazel, one of our biking chums who has recently returned to the towpath after a brief period of lock down. She was concerned that it looked a bit poorly and wondered if we could check on it. Our beloved leader – Gordon – reckons that it is well known on the canal and has been seen often of late. He thinks that it has become accustomed to humans, which is perhaps why it didn’t fly off as Hazel passed. Hopefully it is well and happy. Let us know if you see it and, if possible, send us your photos.
