What a wet day! Our sensible volunteers – Annette and Gill – cosseted themselves in a cosy cafe to finalise the Christmas video that was filmed last week. The rest of us worked through almost constant rain in and around the Buried Lock site. Apologies for the poor quality of some of the photos, due to drizzle on the lens! |

Pete moved huge piles of leaves into the newly constructed compost bin. This will provide much needed nourishment for the garden in due course. |

Martin was able to complete a few tasks in the garden, including planting daffodils that he had received as a most welcome gift. |
But the best part of the day was a visit from Dom, who is recovering well from a series of major health problems. He says he will soon be back in harness, once he stops glowing in the dark! |
