The restoration by Swansea Council of the towpath from Coed Gwilym Park to the Neath Port Talbot boundary, that has been underway for the last few weeks, is finished.

The boys from John Williams & Co. (Crwbin Quarries) Ltd., contractors for the Council, have now completed the top layer of tarmac. And very nice it looks too. Here are two of the guys who did the work so efficiently and agreed to be photographed.

Yet another sign of the great restoration progress all along the Swansea Canal. The Society is indebted to Swansea Council for funding and managing this project.
