Storm Eunice wreaked havoc on the Swansea Canal around Coed Gwilym Park in Clydach. The roof was blown off the canoe store and a couple of trees fell onto the towpath. Fortunately, nobody was hurt. The photos of the store show the extent of the damage on Friday and the scene on Saturday after Gordon had retrieved the debris. The work party already scheduled to work from Coed Gwilym Park next Tuesday should be able to clear the towpath and possibly fix the roof.
