Meanwhile, in Coed Gwilym Park, we were delighted to welcome our Clydach Men’s Shed friends to the Canal today for their annual paddle. Their progress was recorded by an ITV Wales cameraman (right) with Dean (left) conducting the interviews. The edited item will feature in the six o’clock ‘News Wales’ programme.

The first of the three two-hulled rafts is launched for the mile journey to Trebanos.
