A hectic day on the water as well as on land and we were lucky to have the newly repaired paved area in front of the Clydach Hertage Centre available to us for the first time this summer.

The weather was good as the first customers set out….

…and we are delighted to see so many young children having their first experience of canoes on the Swansea Canal.

We were joined by a large group of visitors from Manchester who were holidaying in the Cymmer area. They had contacted the Tourist Information Office in Swansea and our leaflets had been sent out to them. So all that advertising does work!

We hope they had a great holiday in South Wales.
