We were pleased to welcome Mark, and his team of six from Virgin Media, to assist us with our preparations for the canoe project, and to join in our ‘Wild Weekend’ of planting native plants and seeds along parts of the canal.  Two members donned protective clothing and helped paint the canal store, under the direction of Gill.   Three went with Joanne to the offside of the canal to remove silt, and others on the tow path were removing branches and  debris from the canal with Gareth in charge.  Michelle was liaising with both sides from the middle of the canal in a boat.
