Whitethorns

We are so proud to publish this lovely letter we have received from Whitethorn’s Day Care Centre. We would like to add that it is a great pleasure to have them with us each week.

“Just sending another short e mail to thank both you and everyone involved with the Swansea Canal Society. Words cannot express the positive difference that the Canal Society continues to make for our service users who are actively involved. They are happier, healthier and have grown both in confidence and self esteem. Your warm welcome given to them on a weekly basis has become something that they all look forward to. The staff members from Whitethorns have also been boosted by being involved and also knowingly contributing such a worthwhile venture. I sincerely hope that the wider community appreciate as much as we all do at Whitethorns the effort, enthusiasm and genuine open arms welcome the Society gives to each and every person.

Many thanks”
