Work Party April 12th

Sunday 16th July: Canoe and Kayak hire from the canoe store in Coed Gwilym Park. First hire 10.30am, last hire 2.30pm. Canadian canoes, £7; doouble sit on tip kayaks, £5; single sit on top kayaks £4. One mile of tree-lined canal to paddle. For full termas and conditions see under  ‘Canoe Hire’ on the website.

Sunday 16th  July: Pontardawe Work Party meets at 10.00am at the Canal and River Trust car park near the Ynysmeudwy Arms. Litter picking and vegetation clearance at the Upper and Lower Ynysmeudwy Locks will be carried out. Hi-vis vests, gloves, litter pickers and tools provided.

Tuesday 18th July: Work Party meets at Brownsters Cafe between  8.00am and 9.00am. We will start work at the Old Highways Depot, Clydach at 9.15 preparing for the towpath restoration.

Sunday 23rd July: Canoe and Kayak hire from the canoe store in Coed Gwilym Park. For details see above for the 16th July.
