THE WEEK AHEAD: 6TH JUNE 2016 TO 12TH JUNE.
Tuesday, 7th June: Work Party meets at Brownsters cafe, High Street Clydach between 8.00 and 9.00am. Work begins at 9.30 at Coed Gwilym Park, Clydach. We will be finishing the sand bagging to protect the bank sides. So far we have used several tons of stone dust to mix with the cement in the sand bags to form a one hundred yard raised bank.
Sunday, 12th June: Canoe hire in Coed Gwilym Park. First hire 11.00am, last hire 2.30pm. Canoes £7, Double kayaks, £5, single kayaks £4. Enjoy this one mile section of canal from the park to Trebanos Lower Lock.
