The Week Ahead: 20.9.14

Sunday 21st September: Canoe Hire at Coed Gwilym Park, 11.00am to 3.00pm. Liz, myself, Tim and Gordon are definites. We need one more volunteer to complete the cover though all hands are very welcome. Preparation and manhandling the boats to the slipway begins at 10.00am.

Monday, 22nd September: Security shutters to be fitted at the Canoe Store. This will be very timely we will be closing the canoe hire for the autumn/winter break in two weeks.

Tuesday, 23rd September: Work Party meets for breakfast at Brownsters Cafe, High Street, Clydach at 8.15am. Work commences at Trebanos Locks at 9.30. We will be back filling the new wall and continuing the repairs to the tow path wash holes. Cassie Ward and Susannah Byrne will be visiting us from the Canal and River Trust.

Thursday, 25th September: Feedback meeting at CRT offices in Govilon at 1.00pm. We will the discuss the issues raised by the WRG two week camp at Trebanos Locks in July. Gordon, Michelle, David and Martin to attend for SCS.
