THE WEEK AHEAD: 29TH MAY 2017 TO 4TH JUNE 2017

worl23May08TUESDAY 30TH MAY 2017: Work Party meets at  Brownsters cafe between 8.00 and 9.00am. Work starts at 9.15 am, 400 yards north of Upper Trebanos Lock, where we are making great progress repairing the eroded banks and wash-holes. We dig back to the foundations of the original wall and build up with sand bags before finishing with local stone held by a lime and mortar mix.

 

SUNDAY 4th JUNE:   Canoe and Kayak hire from the Canoe Store in Coed Gwilym Park. First hire at 10.30. Last hire 2.30pm. Open Canoes £7; double Kayaks £5, Single sit on top kayaks £4. For full  terms and conditions see under Canoe Hire on the website.
