THE WEEK AHEAD: 1.4.18 TO 6.4.18.

Sunday 1st April:  Canoe Hire Season commences in Coed Gwilym Park, Clydach at 10.30. Last hire 2.30pm. Canoes £7, double kayaks £5 and single Kayaks £4.  For full details of terms and conditions see under Canoe Hire on this website.

Tuesday 3rd April: Work Party meets at Brownsters Cafe, High St., Clydach between 8.00 and 9.00am. Work starts from Coed Gwilym Park Canoe Store at 9.15am. We will be erecting sand bag walls to restore the eroded tow path banks, commonly referred to as ‘washholes’.

The new tipper will be a godsend as we have to travel a hundred yards along the canal towpath with the bags before we reach the washholes.
