THE WEEK AHEAD: 8.7.18 TO 14.7.18

SUNDAY 8TH OF JULY:  Canoe and kayak hire from Coed Gwilym Park Canoe Store. Canoes £7, rafts £10, kayaks £5 and £4. Full details of terms and condions under ‘Canoe Hire’ on this website. First hire 10.30am, last hire 2.30pm. Andrew Denny from Waterways World will be visiting us today to see up close the wonderful models of proposed canal structures that, Michele has made. They will be on display in the Canoe store and in the Clydach Heritage Centre.

TUESDAY 10TH OF JULY: Work Party meets at Brownsters Cafe, Clydach between 8.00 and 9.00am. Work starts at 9.15 at the Clydach Buried Lock site.  We welcome Peter from the Gower Society who is with us to take pictures of the work we are doing which has been generously funded by the Society. We will continue with our building of the tool store, made from from the recycled timbers we floated down the canal.
