Summer Craft Fair: Saturday 19th July 2025

Summer Craft Fair: Saturday 19th July 2025

The summer craft fair proved to be a great success. The weather was kind so we were able to set up our stalls outside the Canal Centre as well as inside. Trade was brisk and we also had the chance to chat to our visitors, who were interested to learn about the canal and our plans for its future.

A big “thank you and well done” to the volunteers who ran the fair today (and set up the canal centre yesterday). In alphabetical order:

Andy, Christina, Jan P, Julie (guest vol), Moira, Sharon and Sue.

With thanks also to Jan W for once again making and donating so many beautiful items for us to sell.

And finally, thanks to our guest stallholders.

We cannot wait to host our next Fair. Maybe Christmas?

The centre is available to hire. For further information, please email us.
