We are thrilled to announce that the Swansea Canal book has won two national awards from the Railway and Canal Historical Society: a cup for the best Transport History Book of the Year and a certificate for the best Waterways History Book of the Year. The presentations were made recently to Stephen Hughes in Birmingham. He is the most deserving recipient of the awards, that recognise many years of hard work in researching and writing this important reference work. |
