Would you like to help the Swansea Canal Society every time you shop at Tesco? We’re in the customer vote for a Tesco Stronger Starts. It’s a scheme which gives community projects like us grants of up to £1,500.

Tesco customers can vote in the Llansamlet, Fabian Way and Langdon Road stores until 12th January 2025 to decide how much funding we get, so please support us next time you shop at Tesco! To vote, you will need to make a purchase within store of any value. You will receive one token per transaction and it’s not necessary to purchase a carrier bag in order to receive a token.

We will use the money raised to equip our newly-built Swansea Canal Centre in Clydach, a base for our work restoring and regenerating the Swansea Canal, and educational work with schools and youth groups.
