THE WEEK AHEAD: 11TH FEB TO 17TH FEB 2018.

TUESDAY 13TH FEB: Work Party meets at Brownsters Cafe, High Street, Clydach between 8.00 and 9.00am. Work starts at 9.15  at YNYSMEUDWY LOCKS. The car park is first right (coming from Pontardawe) past the Ynysmeudwy Arms. It has a very narrow entrance.

We will remove the mud and water from the footpath puddles behind the five bar gate and lay ‘crush and run’ gravel as a new surface. We will also clear the bramble from the off side bank of the pound between the Upper and Lower Ynysmeudwy Lock, prior to using a winch to pull invasive rushes out of the channel next week. This has to be done before birds start nesting in March.
