MONDAY 13TH AUGUST; Monthly meeting of the Swansea Canal Society in the Vardre Rugby Club, Hebron Road, Clydach at 7.00pm.  All welcome.

TUESDAY 14TH AUGUST: WORK PARTY MEETS AT BROWNSTERS CAFE BETWEEN 8.00 AND 9.00AM. WE WILL BE WELCOMING THE LEADER OF THE HOUSE AT THE WELSH ASSEMBLY, JULIE JAMES AM., TO THE CANAL AT 10.30. WORK WILL CONTINUE IN AND AROUND  COED GWILYM PARK. RICHARD THOMAS, CRT REGIONAL DIRECTOR FOR THE SOUTH WEST AND WALES WILL ALSO BE WITH US.

THE CANOES WILL BE OPEN FOR HIRE FROM 10.00AM TO 12.30 PM. APART FROM THE TIMES OF OPENING THE CONDITIONS ARE AS PER SUNDAY (SEE ABOVE).
