SUNDAY 22ND: Canoes and kayaks for hire at Coed Gwilym Park. First Hire 10.30am. Last hire 2.30pm. Canoes £7.00 Rafts £10, single kayaks, £4. Full details under Canoe Hire on this website.
Tuesday 27th April: Work Party meets at Brownsters Cafe between 8.00 and9.00am. Work starts at 9.15am at the canoe store Clydach to complete the reinforcing of the towpath banks with a wall of sandbags and coping stones.

And what it all means in the end: 135 yard of repaired towpath edge walling topped with coping stones. And a litter free canal,of course.
