Tuesday, May 24th: Work party meets at Brownsters cafe between 8.00 and 9.00am. Work commences from Coed Gwilym Park Car park at 9.30. We will be continuing the sandbagging of the wash holes to repair the bank erosion north of the park. Himalayan Balsam removal continues behind the canoe store.
Wednesday, 25th May: Monthly Open Meeting of the SCS at the Vardre Rugby Club, Hebron Road, Clydach. Starts 7.30pm.
Sunday, 29th May: Canoe hire at Coed Gwilym Park, Clydach. Canadian Canoes, £7.00, double sit-on-top, kayaks £5, Single sit-on-top kayaks, £4. First hire 11.00am. Last hire 2.30pm. Full conditions and terms on the website under ‘Canoe Hire’.
