Tuesday 26th January: Work Parties at two sites: Meet at Brownsters Cafe, HIgh Street, Clydach for breakfast between 8.00 and 9.00am or meet at the site of your choice:-

1. Trebanos Lower Lock: The levelling of the soil on the island continues. Once done the porous membrane of slate chippings can be put on top. More work is still required to the stone work and pointing.

2. Pontardawe, Holly Street north and south of the bridge. Fly tipping clearance and litter picking north of Holly Street. Rub down remaining railings at Herbert Street. Off side litter still needs removing by boat with ‘Nellie’. Daffs need weeding by Herbert Street bridge.
