Tuesday 28th March: Work Party meets at Brownsters Cafe, High Street, Clydach between 8.00 and 9.00am. Work starts at 9.15 at the Buried Lock depot site in Pontardawe Road, Clydach. We will continue our demolition of the southern boundary walls (started on the 21st March), use our newly repaired shredder to clear up the pruned buddleia branches (rather than have them put on a bonfire), and begin to build the wooden gates to give us access to the depot via St. Benedict’s Church who have generously given us ‘rights of passage’.

Wednesday 29th March: Monthly meeting of the Swansea Canal Society at the Vardre Rugby Club, Hebron Road, Clydach at 7.30pm. All welcome. Members who have items for the agenda please send them to Gill Thomas.
