The Week Ahead: 30th August to 5th September 2015
Sunday 3oth August: Canoes for hire in Coed Gwilym Park. First hire 11.00am. Last hire 2.30pm. Canoes £7, kayaks £5 and £4. Setting up from 10.00am. Tree down across the canal by the Riding Stables near Trebanos Locks so no canoe access to the Locks.
Tuesday 1st September: Work Party meets on site at 9.15 at Trebanos Locks. Please note; Brownsters is closed for the holidays. Work continues with the repointing of the L0ck Chamber and building the retaining wall.The sleepers will be put in place.
Wednesday 2nd September: Dredging of the canal commences from Clydach Lock to the winding hole opposite the Mond golf course. This will continue for one week.
