The photo above, courtesy of Joe Coggins, shows Cllr Robert Stewart, cutting the ribbon at the official opening of the new 120 metre cycle and  pedestrian path through the Old Highways Depot, Clydach. He was assisted by the pupils of St Josephs Primary School, Clydach and the staff and clients of Whitethorns Day Care Centre. The new path was blessed by Fr. Martin Donnelly of St. Benedicts Church, Clydach and seminarian, Robert Davies. We thank them all for such wonderful support. We also wish to thank our two Clydach councillors, Cllr. Paulette Smith and Cllr. Gordon Walker for attending, as well as Roger Dutton, the Sustrans School Officer for Cardiff and the members of the Gower Society and the Friends of Clydach Heritage Centre.
