Sunday, 5th April: The Canoe Store in Coed Gwilym, Park, Clydach re-opoens for business at 11.00am. 3 seater open canoes cost £7 for a 45 minute session, 2 seater kayaks are £5 and one seater kayaks are £4. Buoyancy aids must be worn. Enjoy the beauty of this one mile section of the canal from the park to the Trebanos Locks from a new angle, the one the canal was designed for. Tuesday 7th April. There is no Work Party today as several of our members are involved in a training course to combat the Japanese Knotweed on the canal.
