
THE WEEK AHEAD: 5TH JUNE 2017 TO 11TH JUNE 2017
TUESDAY 6TH JUNE: Work party meets at Brownsters Cafe, High Street, Clydach betwen 8.00 and 9.00am. Work starts 300 yards north of Upper Trebanos Lock at 9.15 to build up the badly eroded banks on the tow path side. We will also continue painting the wooden fencing leading to the riverside path.
WEDNESDAY 7th JUNE: Monthly open meeting of the SCS at the Vardre Rugby Club, Hebron Road, Clydach at 7.30pm. All welcome.
SUNDAY 11TH JUNE: Canoe and Kayak hire from 10.30am from the Canoe Store in Coed Gwilym Park, Clydach. Last Hire is 2.30pm. Open Canadian canoes £7, sit-on-top kayaks £5 (doubles) and £4 (singles). Full terms and conditions under ‘Canoe Hire’ on the website. Rafts (2 canoes tied together) available on request.
