TUESDAY 10TH JANUARY: Work Party meets at Brownsters cafe, High Street, Clydach between 8.00 and 9.00am. Work commences at Clydach Aqueduct at 9.30 on clearing the build-up of weeds which is choking the channel between Pont John bridge and The Mond Lock.
NB: BY 12.30 WE NEED TO MOVE TO THE OLD HIGHWAYS DEPOT, CLYDACH, WHERE CLLR. CLIVE LLOYD, GREG JONES, PRESS OFFICER FROM CCoS, AND A PHOTOGRPAHER FROM THE EVENING POST WILL BE PRESENT TO RECORD US ALL IN THE CANAL CORRIDOR THAT WE NOW OWN. THESE PHOTOS WILL ACCOMPANY THE CCoS PRESS RELEASE ON THE TRANSFER OF LAND IN THE NEXT AVAILABLE EVENING POST EDITION. PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO ATTEND.
