THE WEEK AHEAD: 8TH NOVEMBER 2015 TO 14TH NOVEMBER 2015
10th November 2015: Work party meets at Brownsters Cafe between 8.00 and 9.00am. Work commences at Lower Trebanos Lock at 9.30. We are now building walls on both sides of the canal. The tow path side wall is nearing completion while the wing wall on the offside is taking shape complete with a bullnose turn at the apex. This is made up of two curved copper slag moulds and a dressed stone of similar dimensions. Tow path tidying continues north of the Upper Lock and litter picking is a constant necessity.
