Sunday 24th MAy: Canoe and kayak hire in Coed Gwilym Park. Setting up from 10.00am. First hire from 11.00am. Last hire at 2.30pm. Canoes £7.00, kayaks £5 and £4. For more details see under ‘Canoe hire’ on this website.

Tuesday 26th May: Work Party meets between 8.15 and 9.00am at Brownsters Cafe, Clydach for breakfast. Work commences at 9.30 at Clydach Lock to remove buddleia roots from the lock chamber and to clear the lock of debris.

Friday 29th May: Martin, Gordon and John are taking an iInvestigative walk fromn Llansamlet, Swansea Vale to Clydach with Patrick Moss and Derek Fenn to determine the best route of the new canal into the Fendrod River prior to a Feasibility Study by Patrick Moss. Meet at Wyevale Garden Centre cafe at 9.30am.
