Work Party Tuesday 5th March 2019

This week we were back at Ynysmeudwy removing several years of vegetation encroachment from the pound between the upper and lower locks. The weather was rather over-cast and rain was predicted but much progress was made this week.

This is a messy business as can be seen. Much progress has been made in these work parties at Ynysmeudwy. The photo of the same site taken a year ago shows just how much has been achieved.

The hardy band of fifteen volunteers who came out to work this week did a grand job of opening up this lock pound. Many thanks to all.
