Ynystawe Primary School Visit, 1st October 2025
|
Sharon, our Education Officer and a Trustee, hosted years 1 to 3 of Ynystawe Primary School at the canal centre on Wednesday, 1st October. We walked from the school and enjoyed looking at the canal and the river, and then doing “Build a Canal” activity in the centre. |

The young learners all really enjoyed themselves. It’s another, fantastic example of what our wonderful volunteers do. Of course, we are keen to maintain and restore the canal at our regular Tuesday morning work parties but whatever we do and wherever we do it, it is always for the benefit of our community, whatever their ages! |
