The Week Ahead: Saturday 26th April – Saturday 3rd May 2025

Saturday 26th April: Wildlife walk along the canal starting from the canal centre at 10am. Part of the Swansea City Nature Challenge.  A ticket is required, although they are free. Booking details in the poster above.

Sunday 27th April: Canoes & Kayaks for hire at Coed Gwilym Park, Clydach. First hire 10am, last hire 2pm. Cost of one hour hire: Canadian canoe £12; Raft (two canoes) £20; Single kayak £6, Double kayak £12. Booking not needed. Full details and conditions under “Canoes” on our website.

Tuesday 29th April: Work Party: Those wishing to eat breakfast should meet at the Roadhouse Cafe in Clydach at 8am. Volunteers should assemble at 9am Ynysmeudwy Locks where we will be bashing balsam and tidying generally as required.
